Room was good...but service part was pathetic...the restaurant manager don't know how to talk with customers. ..only cold upma and pakoras in breakfast...when I was asked for parota or toast..she said yehi hai or kuch nahi milega... disappointed totally....

Hotel was good for a small town like Kondagaon. Room, Bathroom were neat and clean. Food was excellent at the hotel restaurant. Overall satisfactory stay.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 1. CONFIRM MY BOOKING BY MMT HOTEL STAFF TAKEN 20 MINTUES. 2. ROOM WATER HEATER NOT WORKING. 3. DURING POWER CUT NOBODY CARE ABOUT THIS,I CALL THE STAFF AFTER TAKEN 15 MINUTES TO START THE GENERATOR. 4. HOTEL STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH GUEST.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city,The hotel is in a prime location, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions. The staff was always available to help with any questions or requests," according to EmbedSocial. 

The hotel is well maintained and the room service and restuarant service staff are good....but need more experienced staff in reception as they just gave us key to room and need to carry our own luggage find room ourselves... property was it's good....

There was no water supply since we checked in the hotel

No water supply in room waiting for water supply since 1 hr. Still no water in the room.

The tap of the bathroom is not working properly, hot water is not coming, and the staff are not trained.

I ordered food at 7. 42 pm which was not delivered even till 8. 30 pm. Asked for water and no one brought it. The room phone was also broken, about which i had informed in the lobby, but it was also not rectified. For all these reasons i did not like this hotel.

Hotel raj hans is the best hotel to stay at kondagaon, i booked room through make my travels and it's cost was reasonable including buffet breakfast with very good room service. I am fully satisfied
