hotel r residency

Lousy hotel. Not worth putting on mm t list. I paid again 2000 rs as they mentioned mm t has not paid them. Nuisance value. Dirty room and toilet absolutely lousy. Please refund the money paid to them immediately

Worst place to stay. Even railway station is much better to stay. Worst experience of my life.

Do not book, even if its the last place left! filthy room, bathroom is horrible. Worst property ever. Should not be even listed anywhere. It's just a house with 7-8 filthy rooms which have not been cleaned for a decade. Forget food, amenities and services will not be on your mind if you enter this horrible place. You would survive in the open rather than using the washroom. Manager is unhelpful and doesn't bother with cleaning

The hotel manager was good & got a solution to our query within 15-20 mins. But mm t still not answered my query nor received any call back/valuable suggestion.

I had a great experience with make my trip for my trip to srisailam. Driver was very humble and professional and helpful. Appreciate it. Room was not that good. But it was fine for one day stay as everything else was occupied

Experience is poor. Contact number shared on here is wrong number. So as a traveller reaching here is difficult. Property not maintained. Overall bad experience.

No regulator for fan, no hot water, no mirror, no lock for toilet bathroom, very very small room. Terrible terrible experience

As this is a residential property converted into hotel, their charges are very high compared to their quality of basic amenities

At-least simple amenities are also not available. Maintanence of hotel rooms are very poor

Here rooms are very dirty and bed are too dirty please bring your own blanket it is not safe stay for family people in the mid night are fighting no securities you will feel alone in forest area i wi ll recommend don't come here

Hi. I am very said to room was very bad condition, no cleaning, and it was 12 kilometre away from temple.

That's not a hotel by any definition. I am terribly disappointed. It was so bad that we couldn't stay there for even an hour, we searched for another hotel in that locality and checked out from r recidency as soon as we found another hotel. This means the money we spent for r recidency is totally wasted. Coming to the property condition, following is the state : 1. No power backup and power cut is a regular thing there 2. They gave us 2 rooms which had no windows 3. There was no water coming from the taps, it took around 40 mins for them to provide water after we complained 4. The bathroom had 1 light bulb but it was not working. 5. There was no drainage for water in the bathrooms. 7. That place was full of mosquitoes 8. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not cleaned from ages 9. The property has not been painted in a long time and ants are everywhere in the rooms 10. They had joined 2 single beds to make double bed in one of the rooms. And the problem was there were iron nails standing out of the joint part of the bed. But they didn't even provide a good mattress covering those nails. Meaning to say if someone sleeps on that bed he will be seriously injured. That place is very hot and humid; imagine staying in such a place inside a room with no windows and full of mosquitoes when there is no electricity. And sleeping on a bed of iron nails. I think i made myself clear on why i rated it 1. It doesn't even deserve 1, but there is no option to rate in negatives.

Property not worth listing on makrmytrip. Worst ambiance, dirty sufocating rooms, owner missing, not on property, not on calls, not calling back. Attedent, rude, insesible, not at all responding. I preferred to forgo money and i did not stay. Minus rating. Users please do not book this property ie are residency.

Didn't occupy as it was occupied by someone else not worth they duped us nobody knew about our arrival inspite of payment

Imagine reaching the location and rooms were not cleaned. There were bottles below the bed and they cleared it only after asking to clear it. Worst of all, the bathroom was so stinky and with a foul smell. Restrooms were having cigarette buds on the floor. Outside the room, the facility was filled with pan masala spit stains. I never recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to srisailam. Better go there directly and find some good hotels. Never ever ever choose this hotel. such worst maintenance.

The hotel is in terrible state and there was no cleanness being maintained. Bathrooms were not functioning. Bed were not cleaned, we couldn’t even sleep even for a minute. Looking into this hotel, i feel surprised that how such quality of hotels are appearing on mm t portal. I would strongly recommend mm t to remove this hotel from their listing.

Not happy when we reach the hotel at the time we surprise there not we living a single hour because washroom & room are mostly dirty at the same time we replace with extra pay to other rooms
