Very bad experience, low quality bed, very congested room, very arrogant hotel people, they took an extra amount of 500/- (before booking they agreed for one hour early arrival, but they charged me during check in)

The reservation allowed Single person only , Check in time allowed only 02:00pm, Early Check-in charged five hundred, 11:00 AM check-in done you has arrived at hotel Priya 7:30 AM for check-in with the lady , already you have booked room only for single person ,So, how can accommodate two person? after you have requested 30 minutes for bath for the lady Not ready to share ID proof the lady , So, Room not provided the receptionist that time Early check-in not agreed free of cost , you have booked room only for single person, How to accommodate two person? Use minimum sense

The stay was good. The property is located close to the business area and by stand and is easily accessible to various locations including nearby religious places of workshop. Very neat and clean and the staff at the reception is friendly and knowledgeable. The location is very close. The hotel is very good and the staff at the reception. They are very caring, their very adjustable people. This location is just hardly 1 to 2 km to MS Malabar Institute of medical sciences and also to all the Bazaar Street and all that very close to walkable distance to the what can I say the bus stand and also the restaurants both vegetarian and non-veg restaurants it is a very happy stay. People definitely will enjoy staying there.

Poor Stay

Room was very dirty &Congested.Even the bed sheet was also dirty. No bottle water provided. When i tried to move the window curtain aside it totally fall down. On seeing the window with brocken glasses& it's back side i became terrified. if i saw this in the night of checkin day i would surely be exit that place. Luckily the curtain fell down just before my checkout. i will not recomend this hotel to stay.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The room was decent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, there were a couple of disappointments. The water closet was shaky, which was a bit inconvenient, and the shower wasn't working properly. Despite these issues, the staff did their best to address them promptly.
