Hotel is good and clean , complementary breakfast was not much good, only 2 items with very less options

Executive Rooms are level of Standard rooms. Breakfast options is available but you can order only 1 thing not full menu. Limited options in morning breakfast. No telephone line in rooms so you have call on mobile each time. No complimentary water bottle also available. So many other option are available with lower rate in Valsad.

Good location. Good service. Extremely spacious rooms and washroom. Humble staff. Newly built. Hopefully they maintain the standard. Reasonably priced for a transit stopover/halt.

Average stay it is near highway so so much noise. and no security at gate. room was good but too much noise from outside highway.

Already payment done in advance on booking time but reception person 15/20 minutes late room provide regarding payment.

Overall, i had a wonderful stay at the hotel preet palace. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities i needed. The bed was incredibly soft, and i slept like a baby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure i had a great time.

Location was not so far from station. Takes about 15 mins to get there. No auto or cab available after 8pm. So in that way location is not so good. Food - the don't have restaurant. If you order they'll get from outside food stores. Only one restaurant was nearby that's something one should consider. And top of it you want get auto or cab after 8pm. Hygiene - rooms were clean but toilet was not properly cleaned. I had water issues in bathroom. Water was dirty. I had to tell at counter to check the water. Safety - for women(men) it might be little inconvenient due to unavailability of local transportation after evening. Also it's on highway side. However inside was good. They looked the gates in night. Staff - I think the owner was behaving professionally but the housekeeping staff was little rude and not the pleasant experience

No cattle price on mmt is more than hotel regular rent no resturant no tea no coffee

Hotel was easy to locate. Room was clean and tidy. Expected a lot but it was not up to the mark.
