The ac is not working properly, the tv is also not working for 2 days, telephone land no. From room not working at all

Hotel Prateek is a top class hotel in Barbil. Not far enough from Railway Station and Bus station. The rooms are big and clean, the staffs are co-operative. The fooding is affordable and good, both quality and quantity wise. Overall it was a great experience.

Good behaviour of all the staff. The room, bed, tv, ac and all are usable things are very good. Food tastes are also good.

No power backup in the hotel. The whole night i had to sleep without electricity and there was no water supply in the bathroom. Breakfast is just for the name. The room telephone is not working, every time you have to run at reception if you need anything.

The ambience of the hotel was average, the wash rooms were very dirty, had to tell the room boy to clean it up because it was not usable, the windows of the wash room was broken and a pigeon was constantly coming inside. However, the food quality in the restaurant was excellent. Even ordered food from the hotel after checkout

Good but not great, as u dont have alot of options in this area, hotel is average, but the charges as per rooms was not good.

We booked 2 rooms, 1 had tainted walls and broken washrooms. We had to forcefully live in a single room as hotel was not ready to change the room. To add to the misery they didn’t allowed us breakfast which was the part of the deal.

Nice stay, clean rooms and good breakfast and food. Development area - hotel should enhance some transport option as transport option in town is very bad.

All staffs and hotel premises is nit and clean also maintain hygiene as per government rule for corona pandemic

If you want to visit then book this property on counter, that will be cheaper than mm t price. Don't go through mmt.
