hotel looks good and very expensive but not worth the money AC not working No hot water and all drunkards come there it is more of a nonfamily hotel

It is a very nice property, the surrounding is very nice, there is a mountain in front, there is a road touch, and the staff is also very nice and very cooperative

Small room smelly washroom cant even bath in the bathroom food was sober bed was broken no towels provided

the property is claimed to be about 10 year old . expansion is being done. the facility seems not petronised on week days. . staff is good . helping nature . a bit more care will enhance its image

overall good, but have only 2/3 options in breakfast, swimming pool was not working. but rest all good.

Property is exactly on Mumbai-Goa highway, AC, Washrooms, TV, Fans all are in fine condition, staff is well trained and very polite, they big lawns, swimming pool and gym, Food quality is also very good. Kids enjoyed the stay, 5 stars from my side.

Requested for keeping packed Complimentary breakfast as we went to our village nations for palkhi of our goddess and came after the breakfast time just over. But manager refused to do it So the staff is not cooperative

The experience was horrible. I had a late night check-in at 2am. On reaching the property i was denied a room. When i contacted mmt they said due to trchnical difficulty room is not available and amount will be refunded. Yet, no mail regarding this or refund came. In the middle of the night both the property and mmt raised their hands up. It was a very very bad experience

Food quality is good. Room service is excellent location of this hotel is near ma-had bust stand. Around 600meter distance from ma-had bus stand to pg regency. Many tourist places are there within the range of 30km from this hotel. Rashad fort is on of them. Overall rating: 4/5

Service provided was pathtic. Nether hand wash soap, body lotion or tooth brush was provided nor water bottle was served. For extra one person they say 1st pay then check in. Directly they blame make my trip of misguiding customers. They could offer us at lesser price.

Toiletries were not provided, no chairs or table to eat in the room. Okay ambience stay. Additional blanket provided with mattress was not good, felt itchy.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed. it was supposed to be 3 star and had a pool. Upon reaching i was told that pool is under maintenance since 1 month though i had made my booking 1. 5 months ago. They could have informed us in advance however they intentionally didn't. When we were heading out for evening snacks they were offering to arrange for a pool elsewhere, knowing we will not opt for it as we had already lost time. We were supposedly in a executive room with crumbling infrastructure, loud noise of the traffic from highway as the window glasses were not sound proof, bathtub had no shower curtain and glass was fixed opposite side, hot water on right and cold on left, output of bathtub mixer was given to wash basin and toilet jet, hardly any active channels on tv. To make matters worst the morning breakfast had rotten fruits and only uttapa and upma, bread butter.

Following improvements required: 1. Overall cleanliness needs to improve, especially in wc 2. The variety of the breakfast menu was very less (i. E. Only 2)

It's only 1 day stay at hotel but very comfortable one. We have family so booked one executive and one deluxe rooms, both has all required amenities and all toiletries are provided. Executive room is quite spacious. Hotel has restaurant outside hotel but adjacent only which serves tasty food and all possible options available on menu. Breakfast was complementary for us which has good taste but very limited options. Swimming pool was under maintenance but that does not bother us much. Hotel location is excellent. Overall very good service, keep it up.

The overall experience was good. The room was clean. The staff was polite. Only had issue with hot water in the morning which got resolved.
