Location is good in a comparatively peaceful environment. Food is good, I tried some snacks and had breakfast, they were really good. Facilities include dinning restaurant, stay rooms as well which are clean. And you can organize get-togethers and functions. Staff is courtious.

Breakfast was very low quality no body on the reception when ask told by waiter wait the manager for half an hour no tv channels recharge only news channel in the tv

Remember. Its a small town and predominantly surrounded by village area. Considering that, hotel was a decent property. Relatively new. Food variety was good. We ordered thali and taste was good. Well made. Staff was cooperative and pleasant. They have minimal staff. We had to leave early at 7am, so while breakfast was not available until 8, he agreed to come early at 6 and made sandwitches and tea for us. Bad point was cleanliness of bathroom. Darina were clogged, bucket was dirty, toilet was used and unflushed when we entered. This could have been easily fixed but not done. They have ample parking space, location is at a clean and peaceful cordoned off residential area. We'll connected with main road in city.

Overall it was a confortable stay. Food was really good. Bedsheets were little stained and could have been better.

No maintenance. Poor quality food. Lizards roaming in the room. Not at all healthy environment for stay.

Food is quality and test is very bad. Also the room and washroom are not cleaned. Strictly not recommended for stay with family and business travels.

Worst service of staff, no timing for breakfast, no staff in the hotel instead of security guard in the night, staff behave very rudely, complementary breakfast not provided, very dirty room, 0% cleaning

The hotel is good but tea is not served until 8:30 am in the morning which is very late. The staff apparently come at 8:00 am.

poor service.manager was rude.ac not working in house stuff like electric kettle and tea coffee sachet were not given and when asked they refused and told that for tea etc u need to buy. poor manegement

There’s no heating system available in room because of winter days i was uncomfortable in night secondly blabket was not of good quality
