HOTEL PARADISE INN MERTA CITY

I reached at 2am, the gate was closed and they asked me to wait till 9am. Finally at 4am I said I'm getting finally they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, no lift. We were asked to jump the fence to get in, my senior citizen parents were travelling with me.They asked me to take the luggage myself or expect it after 9am. Room was booked for 3 people, no extra mattress was provided and when asked they shut the door to my face. I called the owner for help and he said lodging is not allowed after 11pm. Complementary breakfast was poha fridge cold. Room was decent with good facilities but staircase is full of spit and urine.

Meri booking thi but night me 1 baje hotel ka gate nahi khola . Morning me jab maneger se mile r usko shikayt to usne kha rat 11 baje ke bad gate nahi kholte r rat bhar yahi krte rahenge . So pls us hotel me kabhi nhi jaunga paisa bhi return nhi kiya

facilities veery bad, No water come in Jet and shower and Landline not work and dust in room ,on bed services very bed

property is not well room and wash room both are very dirty not recommend for stay

not well maintained a little bit of dirty empty beer bottles were on floors and the main issue was no electricity 👎🏻 totally waste of money worst experience

This should not be termed as a hotel instead a lodge.. there were liqour bottles lying on stairs. The swimming pool has no water. No Tolileteries inside bathroom. Intercom was not working.

They are not coprative. And there is power backup but they are not using that we spend more then 5 hour without ac and light.
