Average overall neatness. spaces bathroom but cleanness is avarage. location is good and good for bachelor

The hotel was average because, when I see the photos while booking, it was well painted exterior with proper maintanance. But on reality the building was not painted well and car parking was spacious but a mudy land. Food and accomodation was also average. So for an amount higher than this this hotel is much over rated one also it is 30 kms away from wagamon

Horrible , unlivable hotel. We paid for the deluxe room and the walls were damp and full of mould. The room was smelling horrible of pesticides and we had an allergic reaction. We left within 15 minutes of checking in and had to look for a new hotel I have sought for refund from Make My Trip and also request please don't mislead travellers like this. We paid for a room which is worse than a Rs. 1000 room and unlivable

Property can be maintained well ( room pictures doesn't match the property ) Overall not a a 3 star hotel experience

The worst experience, my family felt so uncomfortable. This is like mainstream bar, and beside having a toddy shop. Most family unfriendly place ever. The rooms appears okay, but the toilet is gross, no hot water, water was pale yellow. Terrible service, even after repeated requests, the receptionist and bell boy ignored our luggage, finally we had to carry ourselves, parking was also difficult because lot of vehicles parked in front of the hotel of bar customers. This place only suitable for bachelors, not for families.

the stay was average. the property was seemed to be more meant for drunkards and smokers as we could smell cigarettes 🚬 inside bath and inside room. room, bath and linen were much unhygienic and poorly maintained. no room service & no dental kits. staffs were kind and friendly. hotel management must concentrate on house keeping even the kettle and utensils were dirty.

The room was neat and clean very friendly staff , great service BAR 🍻 facility is there Highlight were there food had porotta and pork fry it was sooo yummy. Walkable distance from PALA KSRTC stand. Only let down was not well maintained bathroom.

The hotel is a good place to stay with family. The rooms are neat and perfect. The staffs are really very polite and helpful.

Pathetic room with poor service. Room, toilet and services were very poor. Booked a twin beded room, provided single bed room. Cleanliness was poor. It was a terrible experience. Make my trip charged me above rs. 3700 for this bad experience

Good considering the location. The food was mainly south indian food. However, we could adjust to the food.

The hotel staffs are very helpful. Very secure place to stay. Breakfast is minimal items only but good taste.

The hair dryer wasn’t working. The room was pretty small and they sent an iron box which was also not working

The best hotel i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

The rooms were not clean enough. There was dust at multiple places. The complimentary breakfast was also not good. The bread had mold in it. Overall was not a good experience

Reached the hotel at 8 40 pm in the night. Security did not allow parking inspite of space available in the front part of the parking area citing owners would object. I had to park in slushy ground nearby out of the compound inspite of having luggage to offload. Priority to parking is for people who come to the bar nearby hotel entrance second day of stay, i could see cars in the front of hotel parked and realized that what the security had told the previous day was not correct. Bathroom stinky when entered. Support staff were good though. Bar close to the entrance and in the second floor. Smell of alcohol all over.

Staff was good, food is ok. There is an attached bar for drinkers. Easily reachable from pala, kottayam. Serene place.

Bed sheets, towels, pillow cover, smells bad. Smells cigarette smoke through corridor and lobby. But staffs&manager were friendly
