Poor upkeep Poor facilities. No power whole night, no hot water. No towels and bed and blankets weren't clean No responsible staff. They are not motivated to serve Only nice things were the location being near the highway and ample parking place

On the way to mumbai. It was a terrible experience. There were no reception while on check out. Bathrooms were stained

Its an amzing hotel for staying, excellent service providede calm and clean location will ultimately amazing.

Far away from city, remote.. No much occupancy.. Didn't tried food, so no comments on food. Good for single, budget stay.

Good location. comfortable rooms and beds. Generator power back up needs to be better. Otherwise good for the budget traveling.

The service is not up to par. There is no room service either. Even the pillow and bedsheet were not clean.

Whenever v visit chitradurga, v preferred to stay in ojas for pleasant experience, nice rooms, good food, friendly staff. Thank you vishnu.

No towels were provided and blankets were small and also there is no basic needs provided. There was no restaurant below the rooms to provide food and there is also nothing across this hotel for any emergency. So rates bad.

The hotel's poor customer service, lack of amenities, and uninviting ambiance made my trip a nightmare. *customer service: 1/5* the staff was unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in providing even basic assistance. Requests were met with indifference, and issues remained unresolved. *amenities: 1/5* no restaurant on site! unbelievable for a hotel claiming to cater to travelers. The absence of basic amenities like a functional restaurant made our stay incredibly inconvenient. *ambiance: 2/5* the hotel's ambiance was lackluster and uninviting. Rooms were dull, and common areas were poorly maintained. *cleanliness: 2. 5/5* while the rooms were relatively clean, the overall maintenance and hygiene left much to be desired. *value for money: 1/5* overpriced for the subpar services and amenities offered. *overall experience: 1/5* avoid hotel ojas at all costs. The hotel's inadequacies and poor customer service ruined our trip. As soon as we reached the hotel, the receptionist was not there, then the room was not ready and the bed sheets were not clean, the tv was not working and took 15 min to fix but still didn't work on the hot water was very slow so finally we had to change the room and it was really bad experience and the room kinda smelling

There is no breakfast facility rooms are not quite clean it feels quite deserted it is a bit far from city as well

Washroom was dirty, no knob to turn on shower. Bed sheets and towels were dirty, seems used.

Very fabulous treatment and nice cleaning nature is best extammelly best experience. Hotel staff is best for me

There are lot of mosquitos in the room no canteen facility at the venue, guests have to travel 5kms to have food and come back
