Attitude, hygiene very poor

First the hotel owner was refused my booking, as he was saying, we can't give you room in booking rate.

Rooms are not properly cleaned as well bathrooms are horable. They dont give us to well and soaps also. They don't give us water also. Its just you and dirty room with messy bedsheets and tv not functioning. Washrooms are very bad. Bucket but mug not available
