I have booked Room I visited hotel manager told all rooms are booked only available top floor number sheet rooms only available and that also all Staff staying there only worst hotel ever I seen please Don't book hotel this hotel worst worst finally I didn't stay there and I didn't get refund also

Terrible- Disgusting & Filthy Hotel Rocks

Terrible place! Oyo is the absolute worst, and this hotel shows that. No toilet seat cover, Filthy bedsheet, no hot water. Wouldn't stay here even for free next time.

Staff was not at all co-operative. They said that booking is not valid and made me wait because they did not get confirmation that the booked room is air-conditioned. Luckily, I had the print out of the voucher and showed that the room booked was a/c and the hotel is nowhere in the vicinity of any city nearby and no one will pay for the type of hotel. Finally, after 20 minutes they agreed. Mistake is with make my trip because they do not inform the room as a/c or non a/c and this has happened to me on many occasions.

I have paid for free breakfast but they didn't give any food and in hotel they don't have AC. Only morning 6 o'clock they will supply hot water.
