They didn't allow us to stay in the hotel by saying that they have fail y function and all rooms are booked. They told us that theye already informed you guys still took booking. What could they do? we have to look for different place and different hotel which cost us time and the refund still i didn't recieved from your end.

Reception denied room in spite of booking n payment made upfront. Reception said exactly these words "Can't give rooms, who asked you to make payment"?? Do I need to say more?? I rest my case.

Worst stay, room full of mosquito, fan was running dam slow, it was ac room, but he say-in in this rate i ll not on ac, at start he didn't allow checkin it look almost 1. 5hrs to get room, i was travellin with senior citizen n kid, but still checkin was denied, worst experience overall, will never book hotel from mmt hereafter. I left the property
