Hotel Neelkanth

We booked 2 AC rooms. Neelkanth is a really decent and good place to say. Very close to Gadarwara railway station, overall experience was good. they have strict guidelines about the check-in process. I recently got married and my wife's Aadhar doesn't have my name on it. so I was asked if it was a love marriage 🙊. anyways I was allowed to check-in. I had shahi paneer and taste was great. food quality, quantity and taste was really good. Negatives: Bathroom commode cover was broken and one of the table leg was broken. staff was decent. Probably due to corona Hotel Neelkanth industry is suffering from money crunch so don't feel to say bad about it.

Hotel is in good location. Rooms are clean but small. Bathroom needs to be maintained. Once hot water started to come then their was no cold water to mix. Food was good.

Overall nice Hotel Neelkanth, and location is good, food is good, charging point need near bed. Bathroom equipment like shampoos also serve for room service if possible.

Best in class amenities and facilities good food quality and better hospitality. Room service response is quicker

The person at the reception was very helpful and assisted in giving the room even at late hour.
