It was a horrible and Pathetic stay at this hotel. This is my 2nd Visit here and in both Visit i found Staff is confused they even don't know where to check booking both time i had to wait too long for check in . terrible now this was my last visit at this hotel. because of untrained Staff i will not visit again

Pathetic services and staff behaviour. Phone not working no one bother that they have guest in their property

In the same building, there is a local movie theatre and a banquet hall. This causes noise at night, and only one person is managing everything. The intercom is not working, and room service is poor. I would rate it 3 out of 10.

The hotel was good and i enjoyed the hotel stay and their staff was good and co-operative. And excellent ambience.

Here are some of my key points in review 1. The intercom is never picked up. I tried calling many time to room service and reception, but they didn't pick up. 2. Many little cockroaches were roaming in the room. 3. Only 2 options in breakfast. 4. They gave only 1 paratha in complimentary breakfast. 5. I am allergic to onions, i had given clear instructions for not adding onions in parathas, but there were onions in those.

Hotel is good staf and roam is excellent is comfortable

One of the pathetic properties i have ever visited sewerage choked rooms lots of noice because they have theatre at first floor

1rating for all over experience, firstly w oh bol rhea the 1000 extra pay krne k lye, tv was not working, smelly room, after 11 pm w oh bol rhea hai koi call nhi lgegi room service k lye even for emergency, i didn't understand.

The rooms were really clean. Deluxe room was spacious

Good service but the blanket is smelly.

Hotel do not provide room for bachelor, if you book Hotel room online than Hotel say that you have to pay extra charges for room so I request to bachelor do not book it
