Hotel Neelam

Hotel staff refuse to change towel and blanket when i asked them to change because it was smelling bad. He said it will smell bed, it cannot be changed apart from this washroom is also small and dirty. Maximum rate for this kind of room will be 1200- rupees.

I was paid 3000+ with taxes but room accommodation just below 1200-. Room size, c lining ness was not as per norms, they are not mentally accepting that's booking,

I had an average stay at hotel neelam. The staff were nice and helpful but we had to ask first for many of the amenities. Three of us stayed in one room and they gave us only two pillows. The ac was not on initially and we had to ask for ac remote. The washroom was small. But overall it was good enough for the price. When we checked out the staff were helpful with our baggages and helped us find two totos for us. I would give this experience an overall rating of 3/5.

Location good. Food good. Hygiene needs improvement

The dust bin is full of garbage. The bathroom is not adequately clean, small in size.

Room not good. No window available in room.

The rooms are overpriced compared to the facilities provided. The toilet was very small and disappointing.
The hotel is not maintaining the temperature check and sanitization as per the prescribed protocols. The staffs were cooperative 3wearing mask.

Need more cleaning

The pillow cover and bedsheet was dirty. Room was stingy. Bathroom was too small and the basin were not even cleaned before serving. Most horrible experience I ever had.

Stay was good, services good, location was good. It was Worth staying at Neelam Hotel.

Food quality was very poor. Room are not good according to price.

Overall good stay. Great staff, very accommodating. Room and bathroom were fine. The restaurant connected to Hotel Neelam was very good and very nice staff. Only thing is that the elevator does not work, which could be a problem for the elderly, as there are four floors in the Hotel with the rooms starting from the first floor.

Nice place to stay in Burdwan with standard multi cuisine restaurant attached.

It's hotel policy not clear don't go husband and wife that's hotel administrative ask proof of your marriage certificate.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. The attached restaurant is also good.
Room size and bathroom size is a mismatched.

I had urgent necessity to visit the place due to a family bereavement. It was near to my house where I had personal business. MakeMyTrip to book my accommodation was the viable option which clicked my senses. It was a good decision I considered after reaching the place.
