Location great for station and bus stand. I checked in at 4 a. M. In morning no extra charge. Hot water, restaurant very good, all staff very helpful to me as an older foreign female tourist. Very satisfied

Hotel Nava Jeevan is best for those travellers who want. Good 1 day stay at Patan at budget price. Hotel location is excellent on highway with ample parking. Restrarannt is on ground floor and food quality is really good. I loved to stay here.
