Hotel Narendra Palace

The stay was very pleasant. Mayank was very helpful. Food was delicious. Despite it being holi they were able to give us hot food. The view from the room was beautiful. You could the river flowing and there is a staircase leading to the river where we sat and chilled for some time. Overall a beautiful stay. Loved it. Everything else was lovely. There was just one problem, the number present on the mmt website was not functional and went unanswered so we could not contact the property in advance. Rest everything was comfortable.

Overall stay was comfortable. Food quality & hospitality is commendable. Washroom need repair work. Else everything was satisfactory.

Great place to stay near to river but a little costly. Overall a great place.

Hotel needs to improve its quality services

Located right next to Saryu River, and center of city, this place is definitely the best accommodation you will find in Bageshwar. Expect basic facilities and services as per the standards followed in the city.

The staff and owner at the hotel were courteous, accommodating and always available. the rooms are neat and tidy, the location of the hotel is central so you can go either way you want to, the food quality and taste were good and consistent. If you are traveling to Bageshwar, I will recommend Narendra Palace to you.

He takes half an hour for check-in. Reception man is confused he has not information about mmt, at the time and of check-out he taken more than 45 minutes.

One of those places where you have to wait and wait but nothing seems to happen.
The view is very nice, it's a good location. Sadly the service is very frustrating. Had to wait very long time for the manager to attend, watch a different customer get room for much less after long talk. I couldn't even get a cup of tea. They were only interested in dinner and asked incessantly. At 17:30 I wanted tea, by 18:10 I realized they wouldn't even put the kettle on. When I went to ask I was shushed by the junior workers and ignored by the man who took the order. They seemed to think it was funny. One of those places where they've all worked there forever so they don't seem to attend to the customer, but expect the customer to wait for them. Otherwise nice. Good view.

Not able to watch television even after repeatedly chasing with hotel personnel, food was average in taste, not so much tasty, but site scene of river side was great and hotel staff was helpful . .
