Average Hotel, room size is quite small. Hospitality is not good, rough nature of staff. Food quality is average.

Just Average type hotel. There are very limited options in Firozabad city. My AC was not working for 3 days. The Hotel staff helped to get it done but it took more than 2 days. Though Hotel Staff Service' is good. Restaurant is also good

Hotel complimentary breakfast is very bad & hotel washroom condition, bathing water very bad and bed condition also very cheep.

there was a lot of disturbance because of the two hotels, one next door and other right in front. they both had weddings and so much noise came till 2 in the morning. vehicles keep passing by and they honk a lot. unable to get sleep or a rest.

The location is the only key point old property high charges in my childhood I visited still same interio with low quality furniture bed nd matteres the highly need to upgrade as they charge boom for comfortable stay but it’s not ...

Wash room flash nit start very problm in morning. Breakfast in add my boking. But hotel member nit be don w the breakfast. Hotel manager is very bad behavior.

Pathetic room condition, a/c cooling very poor, even after complaint room was not changed, complimentary drinking water bottle was not given, in complimentary breakfast even after asking fruits & juice was not served, daily towels was not given, fooding is too expensive & taste is not even average, charging rs. 50- a roti (without butter/deshi ghee, salad was not ordered & when dinner was served (in dirty utensils - spots here & there) onion & green chill i was not provided even after requesting, serving staff (specially baira) are very rude & harsh in talking, hotel is not at recommendable

The hotel is situated on road in firozabad and one of the best hotel in town with all the amenities. Don’t have images

1- tea making facility not available in room. 2- food not good. 3- bed quality is not up to mark

I stayed there for 3 nights for business purposes. I stayed at the Super Deluxe room which is quite spacious, has table, sofa, chairs where you can eat. Bed is quite ok. However, the lights were all yellow (except washroom) and I prefer white lights. Food is costly, especially Non-veg items but the quality is very good. There are no buffet breakfast and the options are limited. Washroom is not properly maintained, shower not working, toilet flush stopped working on the 2nd day which they fixed. They can arrange car if you need.
