Hotel Modern Palace

- No Mineral water given - Room was closed for weeks it seems and thus lots of BAD SMELL in the bathroom and in the room - No Carpet outside washroom - No Soap was given to each of the members. only one small soap given to be shared by Two ppl...RIDICULOUS. COCKROACHES were moving around on the bed and floor everywhere. - When i complained at the Reception the Receptionist said it was her FIRST DAY but she didn't act upon on all the above concerns at all. - When we were checking out Receptionist asked us to pay for 3 Water Bottles which we never ever ordered at all from them. After they investigated they said SORRY but then I told them they were so unprofessional that they didn't provide proper room as shown in MAKE MY TRIP and all that they promised were and not even a single Water bottle was kept for each of us at all...Despite requesting them for Complimentary water bottle that every hotel provides...The Receptionist was giving FAKE SMILE as if I asked a LOAN from them. - Totally a DISASTROUS HOTEL they are wat inside and they didn't even offered a pick up to us. - Difficult to deal with such Hotels. - Lots of room for improvement. - Never going to ever go there neither will I recommend anyone to book this Hotel.

The property is near to the Mandir, but even after that, you will have to walk, The staff of the hotel is polite and helpful, they on asking can provide E - Risksha. The overall experience of staying was good. The hotel is clean. The food is good in taste, but service is slow, maybe it was rush days or like they said, many food orders were coming at the same time. There is open parking, as of now when i am writing this.
