I have visited earlier also, but this time it’s too much heavy for me as they experience I got was terrible. Firstly the staff didn’t coordinate proper the food they served was very less on demand. There were no positive approach. The management staff also ignore us as the Wi-Fi setting and the services Were very bad. Had informed 5 to 10 times, but no one cared at the breakfast time the food which they provided was so so so cold, I ask for pouch egg. but they given me the half fried and ask for the food other. They denied the coffee which they served was with milk and water. The taste was so ugly. I can’t afford it. I left this place having check out. I also ask Management team is there only a single hotel in this area because your your behaviour shows that this was the ugliest and ugliest stay in Mirabel Hotel. I suggest you not to suggest any other person customer will not get good service.

Location wise nearby to Jajpur station having good accessibility and parking space is quite clean and spacious. Quality of food is better in comparison to nearby hotels in the station vicinities. All the aminities are upto the mark within the room. Rooms are quite spacious and airy and lighty. Service is good and on time. Billing section took only 5 min to settle bill with no hanky-panky. Overall good experience.

Hotel corporate breakfast is not so good. It has the same menu everyday. Food rate is less but options are very limited. Hotel has a gym but no swimming pool or free space to walk. It is cheaper in terms of laundry & stuff is okay.

Mirabel hotel was a good hotel when it started. I had stayed there a couple of times. However recently i booked mirabel hotel in jajpur and stayed there for 2 days. The hotel is not being maintained well and it has become dilapidated. The room where they serve breakfast is also a makeshift room with makeshift tables and covers. Offered variety of breakfast is very less in comparison to other hotels. Food preparation is also not good. Saw a few small cockroaches scurrying in my room when i checked in.

Hotel was good. Stay was comfortable. Staff are equally good. Only concern is breakfast area was not properly hygienic. Please look into that.

The food served is very ordinary. Not at all happy with the room service. Even the breakfast served is pretty bad. The showers and the taps in the bathroom should be much better. The only advantage is the location. The hotel picks up and drops to the railway station. The service is complimentary.

Location is good, serving of food was too late. Service quality very poor. Toilets flush was not working properly.

Very poor room service. The attitude of the staff at the restaurant and breakfast hall is terrible. The reception staff were courteous however. Breakfast quality is poor. Overall ambience has deteriorated drastically compared to my earlier stay at the hotel.

I checked in on 15th morning 2. 30 am. The room boy asked why are you coming untime & disturbing us. Then the room was having foul smell. I stayed for two days but they gave only one water bottle as complementary. I asked bottle for second day they said water bottle will be given only after 24 hours since they gave first bottle. I checked out the room on 16th morning 3. 45 am. They didn't give the complementary water bottle. All the staff were very rude. Even basic amenities like dental kit was not provided till we asked. Please don't recommended this hotel as not worth for money.
