Hotel Maria International Kothamangalam

Me and my partner booked the standard ac room for a day in hotel Mariya. The receptionist was elegant and finished the procedures swiftly. The room had a pleasant smell and was quite spacious with luxurious yestern day wooden furniture. The interior was well lit as well as hygienic. Bathroom was spacious too with cold and water marked distinctly. Room service was also well appreciated with the food ordered being delicious (we ordered Chicken pakodas and coffee). Especially the coffee which was simply refreshing. We had chappathi with chicken curry around noon the next day and it was one of the best I've had the opportunity to taste. Food is on the pricier side since the hotel is a 3 star, however the quality felt assured

I had an exceptional stay , The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were immaculate, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with great views and easy access to local attractions.

Room is really good, Good Air conditioning also the room is spotless clean. Food provided there is also worth every penny spent. Ample Parking Space is also there. There are 100 of small small shops. So if you want something it is reachable. Overall I would rate 9.5/10.

The rooms were not very clean. Despite being ac rooms, there was lot of mosquitoes. Also other small insects were also seen on beds. The cost of the room and quality of room doesn't match.

Stay was good. Near to town area. Room even had a river front balcony. We came in for a short stay so did not venture much at the facility.

Was checking out at 5 am in the morning no hot water in the bathroom had to call the housekeeping to bring bucket of hot water and no staff was available to carry the luggage during checkout.
