Huge parking issues. The hotel is not situated beside a road and one has to take a narrow lane street to reach it. Its difficult to manouveur the four wheelers. Food only has vegetarian option. No exhaust in the washroom. Electricity supply is scarce hence forget the ac.

"My overall experience was good. The breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean. However, one thing made me uncomfortable – the receptionist. His unprofessional behavior, especially his constant staring, made me feel uneasy during my stay. Receptionists are the first point of contact, and they should be welcoming, respectful, and professional at all times. I would suggest providing him with proper training on customer service and professional conduct. Aside from this, everything else was great."

Every staff ask for money

Every staff ask for money at the of check out including Hitel Manager, waiter, Security Guard, Housekeeping Staff. They ask very openly as if they have birth right to ask. I don’t blame staff but it’s management of hotel who needs to decide on this while training staff. As staff are very vocal in asking money I believe it’s part of their salary package decided by management.
