Location is good . Extra payment was made for room heater - it should be included . Nothing mentioned about complementary breakfast and hote authority did not consider it. Behaviour of staff is very polite

Pathetic experience

Experience was so terrible, there was no door locks for the security purpose in the room. No light in the room they had not even served water. It was really really pathetic. I suggest you should never book this hotel.

The staffs were cooperative and good, the room wad quiet average as the bathroom didn’t had hot water facility. If you wish to stay near the temple, I would recommend this place. Don’t make the booking through online, call to the property and make booking with proper pricing.

Unprofessional staff, 12years boy was working as waiter, nolight at gangotri in night but none of the staff could arrange a single candle, dinners pots were kept in the room till we checked out.
