very beautiful place , with all facilities and food is also awesome , so please surely visit

Untrained staff. We had prepaid for 2 rooms but only one room was available even though we reached at 7 pm. Another room was made available after one hour. Rooms were dirty. No towels provided. Reason given was all towels are wet hence not given. No provision of tea in morning. No kettle in room. Breakfast and tea was available only after 8:30 am. MMT is tarnishing it's image by listing such properties. Will have to think twice before booking in future.

Given photo of room is different from room provided to me and that room is sharing room one door given at internal room. And other room voice was clearly lisenable at our room, some drinker guys sang the songs so loudly in the night. Also in night 3 Am water was finish at water tank. i used bukect store water and i was call at 6 Am to manager but phone diverted at voice mail i called it again at 7 am call not pickedand at 8.30 am call picked. Hot water also not coming. Food is also average. Poor experience.

We realised after reaching the hotel that March is not the right season to visit Mandu. It was hence obvious that there will be less crowd and staff at the hotel. But the service received from the hotel staff was very cordial. The one person who was there ensured we got what we needed. I would blame the off season for the fair service we received. But I am sure that in the rainy season when the crowds come, this hotel will be a better place to stay. Would try again for sure in the right season.

Stay is fine, staff behaviour is good and service is also good food quality is also good

Room Amenities: Missing basic items like soap in the bathroom; towels were not clean. Bedding Issues: Double bed blanket was not provided initially but was arranged later upon request. Food Quality: Decent food, though not excellent—acceptable for the price range. Overall Service: Below expectations; could improve in terms of cleanliness and responsiveness.

Services are needed to improve, like providing bath towels, tea in room & house keeping etc are not available on time so please improve these.

Nice staying, staff cooperative, woul recommend friends and relatives good dinner and breakfast spacious

Hotel Rooms with limited facility also staff shortage was there, however in manager has provided us very good quality food though the chef was not available.

The location is great. The place is nice, it has gardens that are very nice also. The room and bathroom were not that clean. Food was ok. Wifi was terrible.

This was one of the most horrendous, horrific experience while staying at mandavgarh residency. Deluxe ac room doesn’t have geyser in the washroom. Nothing is available before 7:30am including a simple tea and hot water. Hotel manager was very rude, unprofessional with guest, including our driver too. Food was good and other staff were good.

The staff is polite and supportive. The hotel location is convenient for local sight seeing. All places are closed in mandu very early i. E. After sunset. Children can enjoy garden facility in extra time.

There was no boofe, which is normal for free breakfast, tv was not working. It seems it was just a lodge, paid very high amount for these services.

The staffs were nice and co-operative. The location is the best. It is 100 m away from jam i masjid. Most of the places to visit, can covered by walking. There is a centre for hiring cabs and guides at jam i masjid bus stand. Also shops to get some food and other necessity.

The hotel was very unhygienic and dirty

Another advantage is the ample parking space available, with the added convenience of being able to park vehicles right in front of the cottages. Cons: however, one significant drawback is the lack of proper hygiene throughout the hotel. There was a noticeable presence of insects both outside and inside the rooms, which is quite off-putting. The bed sheets were in poor condition, with numerous visible stains, and the pillow covers appeared to be oily and used. While the washrooms were acceptable, there were some concerns in other areas. A particularly unpleasant experience occurred when i requested normal water instead of bottled water, and the room service attendant filled a bottle from a garbage bin and gave it to me without realizing i had witnessed the incident. In terms of dining, the food quality was average, and the prices were disproportionately high compared to the portion sizes. Additionally, numerous items listed on the menu were unavailable, limiting the choices for guests. Overall: considering the hotel's amenities, such as the garden and play area, it may be suitable for families with children seeking entertainment options. However, it is crucial to emphasize the importance of maintaining personal hygiene standards due to the cleanliness issues encountered. Bringing your own pillow covers and bed sheets is advisable. While the hotel has potential, improvements in hygiene and dining options would significantly enhance the overall experience for guests.

Wonder why suggested such horrible hotel, no maintenance dirty bed sheet, dirty tap water, no package bottle to drink, staff was lazy to come for any maintenance call, only good thing was polite manager pankaj
