rooms are not clean ,Ac remort is not there ,flush not working ,they swithoff AC intentionally to save electricity,I booked exe cutive room but service is very poor.locks notvworking properly, please don't go there.

Location was good but room condition was pathetic. Toilet seat(Western type) was leaking and toilet door not closing properly. Fridge inside room was not working. AC flaps was broken and wardrobe door was broken. No telephone was inside the room. Bed sheets were not changed. Found hair inside the food

Breakfast was horrible. It was totally unhygienic and full of bad oils. Overall good stay for business purpose. The staff was a bit casual towards requests. However the room service boy was great.

Firstly, the property is in pathetic condition. Even the rooms are broken from everywhere inside, sea-page all around, rancid and fungal smell inside the rooms, very unhygienic toilets, uncleaned surfaces, rusted and unhygienic faucets, open waste deposits everywhere. Secondly, the service is of worst quality. I had to wait more than 1 hour to get towel for bath. Till then i was waiting inside the room, dying to get fresh. And inf-act i had to go to the recepetion and shout for the towel. Third, no breakfast available for guest. You have to order, which takes hell time to make yourself ready for your work. Overall, a strict no to this hotel mahendra in hardoi
