Comfortable stay close to the temple . Very close to the temple only Hotel which is the closest to the temple with a great in-house Restaurent.

We stayed in Hotel Mahalakshmi Residency for 2 nights. Rooms are clean, and the facilities are average. Food served in the restaurant is really good and they have quite a good variety of foods.

Proximity to temple is the granted advantage of this hotel. Clean and neat spacious rooms add value. Restaurant has wide spread of Kerala North India vegetarian dishes. Best option for pilgrims

I always give my stay at Mahalakshmi Residency an "excellent" rating. Not this time around. We got a room at the back, with the restaurant right below. The noise, and the shouting was endless this morning. The sound of machines, pots & pans... We just wanted to get out.

The hotel is perhaps the closest to the temple and just 100 steps walk away. The rooms including the bath room, are large and clean. Provided with basic infrastructure. I suggest providing milk powder and tea packets that will help those who need to go temple early in the morning before restaurant opens. The room rent is reasonable. I really appreciate the management for allowing stay for extra time with nominal charges for those who need to leave at odd times.

The location is very convenient and is just besides the temple. Room is neat and clean. Restaurant is available with food for all choices. Food was delicious. Hospitality extended by the restaurant staff was cordial and helped very much in selecting the food of our choice. Really it was a memorable stay without any hassles

Very convenient location. Just a minute walk to the temple. Clean and hygienic. Travelled with my 3 yr old baby and it was very comfortable.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Since the hotel was right opposite the temple, we could have multiple darshan, despite rains. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was very supportive; the service was quick and excellent. The restaurant food wad very tasty. Will definitely stay there during the next visit too

I stayed at Sree Mahalakshmi Residency, Mookambika, and it was a terrible experience. The room was extremely unhygienic with dirty pillow, dirty linen, dirty duvet, dusty floors, fungal on wallpaper and damaged curtains. My daughter has dust allergies and even developed itching due to the poor cleanliness. When I complained at the front desk, the staff casually replied that their rooms are always like this and promised a room change, but nothing was arranged. The housekeeping staff even admitted that the same dirty pillows are used in all rooms. Both day and night front desk staff were unprofessional with no courtesy calls or follow-up. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic cleanliness or professional service.

The location is almost next to the temple. This makes it ideal for the devotees. The food is good and satisfying.

Hotel Mahalakshmi is a wonderful place to stay. We loved the ambiance and the proximity to the temple. The food is excellent — truly the best in Kollur. Highly recommended.

Mahalakshmi Residency is one of the best places to stay at Mookambika nearest to the temple and round the clock food service is its plus points. However the maintenance of rooms and bathrooms is worsening compared to past years. Bathroom tap was leaking. Food is going towards a higher price compared to the cleanliness and taste.
