location is on highway around 20 km fare from mehasana city but we like, there are two restaurant both food is delicious are and mannered staff, amenities are OK but rooms are very good service are good

Room service is very bad. Room hygiene has not maintained. Toilet is very bad. Waterlogged situation has arises in toilet. Bed has not space for sleeping.

Luxury looks like newly built property. Rooms were spacious. Enough space for kids to enjoy. The balcony in the room has a really nice view at night of outside aqua restaurant. Food was really nice and tasty at good price. I really recommend to stay here especially if someone plans to visit shanku waterpark it's really nearby.
