Hotel Lotus

Location was good, but the Resort was not good from a family perspective because Resort seemed to have generic rooms no privacy and it’s basically used for Functions or Get together purposes not for leisure. Food was expensive and rooms were average

worst experience of my life. they denied of check in because they didn't have room but despite my several request they transferred us to another hotel but it was a dirty lodge. we reached hotel lotus around 10 :30 PM along with the kids and wife and finally checked in a dirty lodge 12 o clock in the night. horrible experience. have already spoken to your executive about this case and need a compensation against the same. please let me know, if room was not available at hotel lotus why did you take bookings

Property location very good received warm hospitality from staff but are understaffed who are always ready to serve but time needs to be given.

My stay at the lotus resort in aurangabad was unfortunately far from pleasant. The problems started with having to wait outside late at night for the reception to open, setting an uncomfortable tone for the entire stay. The additional bedding provided was nothing short of disappointing - old rags and dusty clothes hardly make for a comfortable extra bed. Sleep was a distant hope as the pillows were as hard as rocks, rendering them utterly unusable. The state of the rooms was equally disheartening, with cleanliness being a major concern. The tv not working only added to the growing list of disappointments. The promise of relaxation at the swimming pool was dashed when i found it to be anything but inviting - unclean and far from well-maintained. Breakfast, supposedly the most important meal of the day, was a letdown as well. With only three items on offer, and even those not served on time, it further contributed to the overall negative experience. All in all, my stay at the lotus resort was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering a booking here to think twice. The litany of issues i encountered, from the lack of basic amenities to the overall disregard for guest comfort, make it impossible for me to recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lotus resorts is first of all not a resort at all. Non of the amenities mentioned in the details is available. The swimming pool was filthy not cleaned for months, no ac in the night due to power cut and no power back up. Restaurant service is 1 star hotel. Pillow had fungus in it. Balcony was so dirty you cannot step into it. Toileteries were broken. Staff were rude when confronted about this. Requested a one hr extension and he was demanding 30% extra pay this is lodge class where i have paid 3 times its worth. I need 50% refund. Else i am taking down make my trip as well.

The stay was nice but they did not provide breakfast as it was mentioned. We were supposed to get a refund on the breakfast but were denied at the last moment. All this happened because make my trip sent the vouchers late.

Good food service, lovely feeling.

It's a nice property, well maintained. Bed and Bath linen was brand new. Room and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was served much later than promised.

The hotel is located between Daulatabad fort and Grishneshwar temple. A good place to stay. Quite remote but can stay without any issue. Staff is professional and supportive. Food quality is good.

Location is very good near h2o water Park and in-front of Daultabad fort.
