Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti

Excellent location. Good property. Courteous staff at junior level but a who cares attitude with the reception people. Food is edible but not something to write home about. Hotel seems to suffer from severe staff shortage. Weekday guests were minimal but weekend business was better.

The rooms are extremely small, and the space feels even more claustrophobic due to the excessive furniture. The bed could have been much better in terms of comfort. Only a few rooms — such as 201, 211, 301, and 311 — offer an uninterrupted lake view. Unfortunately, the room allotted to us did not have a pleasant view. The service definitely needs improvement. The staff tend to speak as if they are doing guests a favour by allowing them to stay, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the breakfast spread was excellent. The Dosa and chutney were surprisingly authentic — a delightful South Indian touch that I did not expect here. There were plenty of options, and the view from the restaurant overlooking the lake was beautiful. However, the restaurant floor was dirty, with cigarette ash scattered around and sticky patches underfoot — clearly not cleaned before breakfast. To make matters worse, we were subtly directed away from the lake-view seating area, apparently because some guests were sitting there and smoking. A section was also marked “reserved” for no clear reason, What shocked me the most was when I requested a few fruit pieces to take to my room for my 6-month-old baby — and was flatly denied. Most resorts are accommodating enough to provide baby food, but the lack of basic courtesy here was unacceptable. Overall, despite the good breakfast, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unwelcoming attitude left a bad impression. I would not consider staying here again.

Very nice location to stay and relax. Too peaceful place. Best staff and nice food if you wana enjoy this is best place.

The experience was nothing less than worst. The welcome itself was way too pathetic. The guy at the reception was more interested in knowing the amount of booking tha giving us rooms. Food was okay. The room service, you have to give reminders to ask them to get stuffs. The restaurant won’t answer calls then u call reception and ask them to ask restaurant to tk your order. Half the menu was not available. They scam their guests with mentioning different amount than the actual amount. Service charges are extra other than taxes. The lady who cleaned the room was on call more than half the time. Will I recommend this property to anyone? A big no. The staff needs to learn the basics of hospitality here. The only plus point for me was view from my room.

Hotel LeRoi is at the best location near the Tehri Lake. The hotel looks a little unpleasing from outside but inside it is very well maintained. We were in the family room which was big and comfortable with a sitting room. Only issue was that there was not even a window in the room which made it a little claustrophobic. Staff is helpfull and cooperative. We had dinner there and food was great. Only dissatisfaction was that we had ordered boneless chicken but they bought with bone. On pointing out they took back to change but the same was brought back by removing the chicken from the same bone pieces. Otherwise the service and food was great. Hotel is at excellent location touching the lake and water sports is just a km away. Recommended for great service and location.

Hotel was good, Ambience was also very nice which is adjacent to Tehri lake. Staff was good and friendly. Easy availability of cabs if you asked. very good stay

Property location is nice but it not well maintained. Curtains were shabby and torn. There was no tissue in the washroom. Not worth the price.

The location of the Hotel is very unique. The look of Tehri dam is refreshing. Room service and reception have always been responsive to our needs. Overall this is an excellent and unique Hotel. One of the best Hotel

Stay was really awesome. Rooms were clean and the staff was good. No inconvenience and a great view in budget. A recommended stay if looking nearby the lake.

Property is located near Tehri jheel .It was very cozy stay and view was awesome. I really like the place and aura .Food was good overall a great stay. Staff was very polite and Food was good. I wil revisit again with my family.

It was really an amazing experience with the Hotel Le ROI , Koti, Tehri. The hotel's room was so neat and clean that one will definitely recommend staying there, also the hotel staff was very co-operative and they provided a quick service without any delay whenever needed. So, in short I would like to rate the Hotel 10/10 for it's location, staff, food and other amenities. The quality of food was also good. And how can I forget the location and the view from the Hotel, it is was serene. We had a great experience and will definitely recommend others to go for it, you will come back to your home with lot of beautiful memories. It was a dreamy place. Thanks to the Hotel staff and make my trip for making our vacations a memorable one!

The only good thing about the property is it's location. Other than that the food and service were average. The morning breakfast service was bad - very poorly managed, we had to ask for bowls and spoons, items finished and they were not refiling.

The location and view from the rooms (lake view rooms) are good.....Room sizes are small with no balcony and very less ventilation( one small partial openable window). food varieties and quality is good, however a bit expensive. Breakfast served in disposable plates, the buffet breakfast menu is repetitive. All staff members are supportive and well mannered.

It was a disappointing actually. The room we were provided was with no windows and zero ventilation. The breakfast food and tea was below average. Bad experience.

Location of the property is very good, near to the water sportsactivities, the food is also good and the staff is co-operative.
