Room was full of cockroaches. Bathroom almost all accessories were rusted. Sync tap was rotating 360 degrees with full force of water or no water at all. If it come then want stop. No WiFi facilities. Whatever WiFi provided was not having range inside room.

good place to stay in omkareshwar. with enough parking space. good connectivity with local transportation.

Rooms were not clean. Despite asking multiple times hotel staff was not ready to change the bed sheets pillow covers were shabby. No intercom to call on reception. Restaurant again was very untidy. Washrooms were not clean. Tiles were broken. Not worthy of the amount paid. Very pathetic experience.

unclean rooms had to ask them to clean as soon as I checked in smell was loitering throughout the hotel various insects were found toilets were unclean no proper room service the bedsheets and blankets were unclean with stains which we had to ask to change which they gave and we had to change ourselves room was very small and smelly I want the compensation for this stay

Food is good, facilities not maintained well within room. Eg: Very old towels, rusted toileteries, insects and hotwater. But staff is co-operative

Hotel is 4-5 kms aways from Omkareshwar Jyotirling. Food ia good, but what sucks is cleaniliness so yiu have to tell them again to clean room.

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and helpful. we would definitely stay here again

property is newly built hence appearance is good. but they have either less staff or no control on staff. we have to ask for basic items like towel and liquid soap in soap dispenser at bathroom. TV and AC remote was not there in room. TV has no connection its just for showpiece. AC was working fine but due to non availability of remote you have only two options -switch on/off. no temperature control. Restaurant food is good. but at morning breakfast they were very late as per them breakfast time . but we have waited till 0830 hrs for even a tea. they are biased with meal with breakfast booking customers. they prepared aloo paratha first for payment basis customer. when we demanded aloo paratha they told us poha and puri bhaji is for meal included customer. tea is served in small paper disposable cups for meal included customer but other customer served in cups. hence I advice don't book room with breakfast included.

Location if far from Omkareshwar Mandir, with below average room set up and poor room Service, avoid if you will get better option

Due to some reasons we had a late check in. We waited for check in in the heat as they were not getting the keys to our rooms. The power kept coming and going which disturbed our sleep as the AC was getting switched off/on. The staff did not make any check-in or check-out entry on the register.

the hotel was on the road and the service and food Amity is everything was good about the food we did not eat food in the hotel we eat outside in the restaurant and we did not have time to have photos for the hotel

Overpriced Property, 3.5 Kms far from Omkareshwar Temple, Rickshaw charges minimum Rs.200 for one side ride, average quality of food with small quantity. Breakfast with limited options.
