Hotel Lakhdatar Inn

Property is good and staff is courteous and friendly. No restaurant available hence NO Breakfast, tea or lunch available . Good options available from outside eateries, Chaupati Food Junction etc. Disappointed on cleanliness of Bathrooms, bad towels etc. Property is good but only needs attention and staff to maintain it, not value for money against . Hot water issue still not resolved it seems for few rooms.

Switches not working, gesture not working ,no towel , no soap, wash room is not clean , to away from mandir

I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the most basic amenities, water bottles, were not provided in the room. Additionally, the lack of parking facilities made it extremely inconvenient for guests with vehicles. Moreover, i encountered issues with the owner, which further soured my stay. The overall service was lacking, and the staff seemed indifferent to the guests' needs. In conclusion, i would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor service, lack of amenities, and owner-related issues.

The facilities as mentioned during booking were not available or non operational. The geyser in 2 of the 3 rooms was not working and ac at one room was not working. Towels and toiletries were not provided. As we were there to visit temple, we wanted to leave early from hotel and my mom went to ask for geyser/hot water at front desk. Attendant started talking rudely and in such manner which is not suitable for women. He was talking as if my mother was illiterate and does not know how to operate the geyser whereas the same was completely non operational. One of the most pathetic booking experience.
