staff behaviour was bad room are small confusion in name i was searching for Hotel kings way but after booking the rooms at time of check in i was shocked that the hotel is different confusing in the name

Food, Location all good. Room Service ok. Less Area for Personal Car Parking. Adjacent to Highway and backside of Hotel Kingsway International

Everything was so clean and so good the staff the service the food everything was bang on the location and especially the rooms are so comforting and good will surely visit again

First of all raipur city is clean and green and the hotel which i booked for 1 day stay that is kingsway continental is also just awesome the ambience is very pretty and the staff is also very polite and helpfull at the end i enjoyed the stay at the premises

The stay was good but front office staffs behaviour was not good enough for communicating towards their guests. Room was good but bed sheets had alot of stains and not properly cleaned but overall it was good and it’s my first time in budget friendly hotel so Yaa it’s value for money .

Handwash should be must in washroom. Receptionist must check the category of room booked before check in. If their is any construction or renovation in building which is noisy the management should close the hotel til that time period.

Nice stay with a beautiful room and tasty food just .. Staff behaviour was good just we faced a power outage of 3-4 hrs.

Room Size Good, but amenities not available, even service not available. food is not available in the hotel because the kitchen does not start in the hotel. Breakfast is good but cleaning is not in the hall.

too small rooms given, they hay also vacant big room, but they ignored, rude behaviour of staff, they even refused to give biscuits for children in complementary breakfast, very worst experience.

Room was clean nice and comfortable. The food need big improvement.not sure if the food was stale or just like that.
