Hotel KC Palace

The location was good, with it being on the national highway. The food was bit expensive but quality was fine. The service was fine.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Fan and ac did not work. Bed mattress and bedsheets are poor quality. Insufficient vehicle parking area.

I must have been spent my time with good health and safety. I like all services at the hotel staff. Thanks mm t team.

They provided the room where water get into the room without any notice from the window. Then they shifted me another room and in that room water comes directly to bed from ac not from window. When i complained about the issue they said once again they can shift to a room where they have separate bed and that's the best room which they have at that time. But i denied to shift to another room as i will be checking out next morning only. The manager behavior is not that good. All the rooms are damped.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasing. They gave me warm reception, the behaviour of the staff was very cordial and very co-operating. Location is very good. I wish to stay here again on my next trip to sambalpur.

No intercom, no calling bell inside room to call attendant, no light in bathroom, hand shower not working.

All staff are good respected and service of the staff is good. I have felt best'that stays. I will be try to stay again in the hotel

The property is situated on the highway of mumbai - kolkata. Room is ok. Food is good. Service is also up to the mark. Recomended for stay.

Hygiene was good but could be best, the geyser was not working means u hv to bath in cold water. Food was delicious for veg people, i m a nonveg person. I hate the food. Price of food was also high. Room price is also high 1450/night. At such price u will get far better hotel in sambalpur near laxmi talkies chowk

The small room can be managed properly but it is poorly managed. The tv is not working. The rate is too high as compared to hospitality

Place is good on highway having parking place. Rooms are good but needs improvement. Air conditioner is old not cooling well. Rooms needs maintenance.

I booked a room with twin beds- two separate single beds. Wrote the same in the requirements too. But was given a room with a double bed. It wasn't as per my humblest expectation or request.

It was a average experience in the Hotel. Rooms are small. Location not very good as it is out of the main City. But staff was very polite and good. Charges in restaurant seems high.

Room service and food supplied were good.

Location is charging 150 Rs from railway station.
