HOTEL KAVERI GRAND

Very bad hotel, no complimentary breakfast also and not even a water bottle. Infra is worst and no cleanliness.

Room was not clean and basic facility like drinking water was not provided. I had to purchase a water bottle. Free wifi and breakfast was promised but was not provided. I was told that my room got upgraded to suite from deluxe room but i felt it was a downgrade.

Room not as per photo also cocroches, maskitoes, no water bottles, bad sheet, blankets also not cleaned

This hotel used to be best one in ongole. Now the rooms, furniture all become very old. Also front service very pathetic. The reception staff was playing video game in his mobile when myself and other guest was checking in. The rooms are pathetic and reception service was pathetic

Very bad accommodation and bad quality of service the inside room looks like it is not cleaned from months i will suggest to improve there quality and technology.

Rooms are shabby. Bath room in a terrible condition. No breakfast available. Had lo checkout at 8 am. At 7:55 when i was at the counter they gave some idle & sambar in a plastic cover, which i refused to accept

The bed is consists of bed bugs and the room getting too much smell and wash room with leakage taps. No proper beds and also mosquitos.

Bed sheet… pillows… not clean… terrible maintenance.. bathrooms are leaking… should maintain proper maintenance…

Parking is difficult. Congested hotel overall. Ac not working but after 30 mins of hardwork ac started somehow (same in all 4 rooms. Bathrooms very much stained. Water continuously flows and is not able to shut completely. No soap or shampoo or paste given. For extra 1 hr stay they tried to charge extra 1 day complete charge but after intense argument, back stepped, no drinking water supply.

Clean and spacious room. Good receptionist. Restaurant present at the ground floor. Lift available. Near ongole railway station. Hot water available.

Flatly refused to offer dinner which was part of voucher. In fact started to criticise mmt. Not sure what is the integrity

Stay was better but not up to the mark ac and geaser not working in the booked room stayed. Overall stay was average

Rooms are not clean old hotel management behaviour very wrist not value for our money to this hotel

the property is not at all worth for that price. 1. on 10th i tried to call hotel people that i may be delayed for 2 houra. i tried calling all the number. some one answered and said it is wrong number. no water given as complementary. breakfast said complementary, but they brought from outside packed in newspaper. not at all satisfied.

Pathetic smelly rooms. 1. Pathetic please review the ratings u r giving to such hotels. It was a poor stay. I may hv to use alternative booking partners as your ratings seem to be fake, ratings seem to be given wdt valdation

Booked a suite room with food included but they didn't provide any food to us. Room service is very bad. Everywhere is dirty. They didn't keep cleanliness. Bathroom is not good. Terrible experience.

The staff took a great care. I was not doing well and when we approached them for support immediately they responded and got medicine in the middle of night from nowhere. Really thankful to them
