Bad experience facility not working

hotel jawai kamba is good in service and food is awesome specially haldi n hogra in winter 😊

We stayed for 1 night and the experience was poor. No hot water in the taps and hot water was given through buckets. Internet was not steady and kept breaking. Place was not clean. Breakfast was delayed beyond the time indicated. No space for extra bedding. Breakfast was average.

Location was good food was delicious amenities or services also okay. There is no housekeeping staff for taking my beg to room both time check in or check out this is really bad by hotel standard. One person guard karan singh devera he is only person in hotel was helping me to take my heavy beg to car but he is only available at the downside of hotel which was hotel main entrance i am not very well that time and i am thankful to karan singh devra that he has helping me to take my heavy bag that is really big concern for a good looking hotel that there is no one to take baggage.

This is the only hotel whose rates are equal to a 4 star hotel in Jodhpur or Jaipur and when you enter the room you feel cheated by the size of the room, cheap toiletries, very poor food quality a very limited breakfast and very poor customer focus. This is for the management and the owners I know there are no good options in Sumerpur to stay but that doesn't mean you will take advantage in all the above mentioned things, I hope you will realize it when you will see 1 star for your hotel on all the booking platforms.

Stayed in a room with broken window, during the night so many insects came inside the room. Didn't slept all night.

It is near to Jawai forest (awesome experience of Sun rise and leopard) as its room was neat and clean, foods are also nice and tasty

Stayed here for 1 night great food excellent staff overall a well maintained Hotel with superb clean rooms. Will make sure to come here again.

Overall our stay was good in the hotel except bees in balcony.
There were bees in balcony of our room so could not open our balcony.
