Very bad experience.Nothing is good.Ac was not working.Tv was not working.Very bad smell in the bathroom.Clothes are very dirty and smells bad.As a whole not value for money.I will not suggest anyone to stay in here.

high price compare to facility, no proper food option, most important no professionalism in the reception,. Even the Receptionist don't how to make GST bill , also they added my 2 days food bill in a single day & didn't change also. Also shared wrong bill to me which is not matching with MMT Not recommending anyone who are business traveller

Totally Disappointed. Dirty clothes- pillow and blanket specially. Washroom is very smelly,no maintenance.Most importantly please check bills properly before check out because they have given me bill as per their room tariff not as per the amount paid through MMT. Later on after discussion they agreed to give.

Very bad experience. Very dirty cloths-blanket, pillow cover and bed sheet. Bathroom is very smelly and poorly maintained. Lastly they have given me the bill as per their room tariff. After discussion they agreed to give me the proper bill. Not recommended anymore

Rooms are good but the one where one of our families stayed was a bit moist. Overall a good place to stay at sivasagar. Has the potential to become one of the best.
