Not Happy from Hotel conversation as they are not sharing GST bill at the time of check out and also MMT customer care not helping for the same.

it's all good without any doubt I've visited for the first time and everything's good and well fine

The property is not so easily locatable. Not parking. Front desk is busy somewhere. No intetcom, fan working. Room service staff is good. Rest all are average in cleanliness, basic amenities, facilities and average food

The room was smelly. There was no water in washroom. It wasn't clean. My worst experience. Please return my money. It wasn't worth it.

I stayed at room 102 of this hotel. Immediately upon The first night I had a terrible experience when I found out some blood sucking insects crawling on the bed. All night I couldn't sleep and 2-3 times I removed insects from my bed with red spots all over my body. When I complained about this to the hotel staff next morning they said it is impossible to have any such thing but anyhow they will change the sheets!!. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of these insects the first night. The next night again I had to wake up 2-3 times because of the itching sensation and again I found out these insects who were sucking my blood. This time I did take their pictures and I have these pics with me. I have paid close to 1400 bucks for a night in this place and I had such a terrible experience. I hope MMT takes very serious view of this matter and reply me.

Facilities was good enough and room was as per the requirement and expectations .. Well service and food quality was excellent and delivery was good as well. Room was clean and staff was cooperative .. Thats it ..

Location of the hotel at main market with facility of bar and restaurant, interior is good, cleanliness is also good. Friendly behaviour of staff. Some issue at ordering menu items overall comfortable.

Very bad rooms, location, service, all over give z grade to this hotel. Room was very small ... I will never prefer this hotel to any one .. Even ceiling fan was out of order. Room was not air condescended

The stay was worst than expectation. Poor service and people went to sleep at 10:00 PM. Rooms were very dirty with spotted white bed sheets spread over the bed. There was no supply of hot water in the washroom. I urge MMT to refund my money back for such a poor place to stay. Will never visit this hotel again and also do not recommend it to anyone.

Nahan is a small hilly town so expectation for good quality is low as it is not much hot travel destination. Yet this hotel is quiet good for stay. Nice clean and adjacent to heritage palace. Parking is issue but they are helpful in it.

The road leading to the hotel is packed with cars on both sides. The hotel offers no private parking but they have a guy who will help out. The location is extremely dangerous and not suitable for kids. You pass a huge welding factory (open roof and walls) and mountain goats eating through a dustbin. Now, the hotel itself. The room was clean. The bathroom was extremely dirty and the flush did not work. After several calls, the flush system was changed. Then, the lights switched off and on repeatedly throughout the hotel and "they were working on it". The AC made a noise giving us a sleepless night. The staff at the reception was helpful though, in most things. At 11, they closed the shutter to their hotel and a guard just sat there making us knock it crazily to make him open the shutter (while being surrounded by dogs & cats). Overall, an experience that I hope is never repeated.

Location is good and safe.. The charging points were not working.. Service was poor. Room phone and Wi-Fi was not functional. The hotel provide not even half the facilities mentioned on makemytrip. Com.
