soloThey charged separately for water bottle which ideally it should be the part of the stay. I have experienced this for the first time. Also, despite my room was confirmed via online through mmt, the staff initially denied entry. He said we can't manage at rs. This needs to be looked into.

businessWhen i entered at hotel due to offer what i have received from mmt they denied to give me the room and the receptionist or manager he is telling me we don’t accept the booking of mmt and in this kind of deal, amount was already paid on mmt, so i was discussing them and they were like terrible mmt helped but this hotel is worst in terms of behaviour and in night electricity issues was there, room was not cleaned properly. So i will say never plan in this hotel totally worst experience.
