Rooms were not upto the mark. There was no food at the hotel. Location is crowded do agree that the hotel is near to the Temple. Tea served just outside the hotel was good, authentic Mumbai wali chai. Best part in the stay. People managing the property were nice and polite

Very bed room it's not in categories ....very durty room. And not give normal facilities in the room , not mirror in the room , and not in any chair ,not clean bathroom and toilet...we have not suggest any customer for the hotel. Very bed

in rainy seasons room was filled of water coming from roof same for washroom don't add this hotel 3rd floor room they are not good bed was broken only 1 charging point working TV is there only for showpiece not working socket was broken totally mess. now worst service provider

he dealings of the hotel authority is very bad. The surrondings of the residing hotel is not neat and clean and feel bad smell. For getting the room we are waiting three hours

In the reception , he keeps on asking personal questions about your visit instead of providing a room The rooms seems to be very old and smelly . Not worth of the price. Very bad experience.

House keeping very poor, smell of sea fish in balcony and room. They don’t provide towel, toilet kit. And the most important water was very salty.

No clean, insects was roaming on bed and in bathroom. Room was very suffocating and was grasping for fresh air. Poor management behavior. You will not able to sleep because of mosquito. On request of room change, no response.
