Hotel Island Star

The stay is very close to the temple and the ocean behind it. It very scenic and breezey which is really comforting. Really loved the place to stay.

no room service....and room condition is very bad... bathroom condition is very bad...

very,very bad experiments ever.This property owner 1or 2 time take my calls then switched off.Finally discovered property.I shocked because very ugly setup.no lights ,water,no parking

I booked this property for two days. When I reached there I find this property was non hygienic. Infrastructure were very old and not maintained even insect are seen in washroom. Bad smelling in complete sorrounding including rooms. There was no room service, for small basic things we have to approach manager twice or thrice. They were not bother. I gave him extra 1000 rupees for change of room. The manager did changed my room and accommodated us in single ac room. But that room was also very horrible. I have nevermind seen such a pathetic condition of hotel in my life. Finally I left the hotel without asking my money back because I didn't have any option. I will suggest Kindly remove this property from your list.

They provided salt water which make us uneasy to stay there and also the smell when come out of the room is I can't explain you should have to understand what I'm saying , drainage smell is better compared with that

Very poor experience. The lift was not working, and my room was on the 3rd floor, which caused a lot of inconvenience. On top of that, there were labourers staying in the same hotel who had no sense of discipline — they were playing the shankh loudly, which is generally used in prayers, creating disturbance for everyone. The environment was totally unprofessional and not suitable for guests seeking peace. Not recommended.

The rooms were big enough, however there was an issue of smell which was really intolerable

Room very dirty and unhygienic, bad smell and no cleaning, no lift facility in whole hotel, totally very very terrible.

There was no food being prepared in the hotel Generator was damaged AC was not working Owner's behaviour was rude Power supply was not there Bedsheets were not provided Washroom was not clean

the room were not good and not properly cleaned and lots of power failure,and DG WAS NOT WORKING PROPERTY, Housekeeping was not done Even complaint several times.

Worst ambience with less staffs to manage

The property is located close to the temple, but some distance from the main road. The property does not have its own restaurant/kitchen. No wash basin or shower. European w c did not have a seat. Toilet flush was not operational. Bathroom, though acceptably clean, was old and neglected. Windows shutters would not close, hence secured with grill and mosquito net. One window did not have a shutter at all. Bedsheets felt old and moldy and pillow covers looked unwashed. No towels or soap provided. Truly, not worth recommending at all. Surprised that mm t has not verified the condition of this property. Highly unreliable portal.

The stay was not good. this was Frist time when I got such a shabby uncleaned room without any service.

There is no basic facility. The rest room is very poor. The water is salty not drinking and a useful one.

Near to temple and adjacent to sea, easy to access can get bus easily to go back, it is on the main road.

The condition of room is very bad, dont fals picture. I don't think type of room, smell also

1. Fan very noisy & after 11. P. M over sound near room somebody's talking sound & running sound not able to sleep 2. Bath room not cleaned

No water no maintenance and toilets look like public overall very very bad experience i never expect
