Property is easy to find location area, beside main road . Proper space for car parking. Room is spacious and clean, restuarant is also present , in room food delivery option is available, overall a nice and comfortable stay with your family and loved ones. Besides lift is available , so no worry for elder persons.

Rooms are good but wash rooms are smelly. The positioning of tv is very awkward as it is just beside bed not in front of bed tvs are not smart tv. However, staffs behaviour is good and food is awesome and pocket friendly as well as they are serving customized dishes also.

Far from rly station. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is complemenatry but variety of food items lacks. Quality of inhouse restaurant is very veru poor, rather very pathetic. Ropm service also is not upto the mark.

Stayed at hotel hilton for 2days (21st-23rdnov 2024) and found the rooms to be quite well maintained. Extremely hygienic, and one doesn’t need to look or ask for alternatives in terms of room service. Staffs are prompt and responsive at all hours and were served with all necessary assistance. We had our 8month old travel-ling with us, and everything that were required for our child’s meals were provided on time. We stayed at the 4th floor of the hotel, and the only drawback we found was the noisy corridor. Fish and chips are their best, however, the bong cuisine seemed quite dull to the calcuttan taste buds. An overall satisfactory stay, a good quality hotel at the heart of the town.

Truly 3 Star Hotel With Big Restaurant & Also Proper Room Service Is Available. From In Room Food Delivery Service To Clean Room & Bathroom Everyday. Suggest Everyone To Stay At This Hotel In Bankura. Staffs Are So Polite & Co-Operative. Lift is Also Available. So No Problem For Elder Persons & Senior Citizens. Security Guard is Also Present.

1. Nothing is there in the bathroom to keep dress/towels etc. 2. Where is the hot water? 3. I booked for 3 adults; by asking i had to get things.

By bankura standards this is a good hotel. Rooms are fairly spacious. The furnishing is better than other hotels i have stayed in bankura. Two obseravation: it has a architerural design problem, the windows are too small in lower priced rooms and the restaurant staff needs to be trained better.

Very close to bankura hospital. Stay was excellent. Staff was really well behaved. Food was superb, right from breakfast to dinner. They have a dedicated parking place too.

Luxury and comfortable staying experience

Hotel hilt-on proved to be one of my most luxurious stays in a while. With the train station and the bus depot close by, this hotel has a very accessible location. The building itself is very beautiful to look at with a well maintained exterior. The room that my family was availed was very spacious and comfortable. We were provided with extremely comfortable bed and sofas, a glass centre table to eat on along with numerous utilities such as soaps, toothbrushes, tea and sugar, a kettle etc. The television set in the room kept me entertained throughout with a good selection if channels. The room service and the quality of food we had ordered up to our room were of excellent quality with timely deliveries and food that was delicious with reasonably good prices. The free wifi came in very handy as well. Overall i would say my whole stay was very much up to par with what i was expecting it to be. I will gladly recommend this place to any future visitors.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Hilton. The hospitality, behaviour of staffs and services is very good and hotel is very need and clean and well maintained. The food quality is very good and with reasonable price which was not expected to us... Highly recommended...👍

Liked the cleanliness and hygiene maintened, delivery of food and services were bit slow has a scope for improvement overall my experience was good.
