According to the money paid I did not get the appropriate service from them. The hotel is located 2 Kms away from the main city. The rooms were not clean and every day I have to call the staff for cleaning the room. They also don't provide drinking water. The basic toiletries were not provided to me such as shampoo, soap and toothpaste. The service was not up to the mark as per rates. There were no food facilities. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They need to improve their facilities and their services.
