Hotel Harsh Residency

It was ok stay for one night , staff was very co operative , but hygiene not maintained , toilets & bed sheets was not clean

I had come for a wedding . The staff was very supportive and room hygiene was maintained .overall good experience

Clean rooms available at the hotel which is situated in front of Bus Stand, which is plus point due to its prime location

there is no food at the place. the bedsheets were not clean. they had dirty stains, the blankets were not clean, the AC had not been cleaned. the washroom was also a bit dirty. the edges, toilet seat etc. were very dirty.

Ok, for one night stay. There is no restaurant for break fast. No space for car parking. Need some improvement. Rooms are ok. Just need to keep everything nee t and clean.

Decent rooms but dirty linen and poor service. Linen not changed despite request. Despite paying for extra bed in advance, it was not provided despite repeated requests and despite front desk manager agreeing to provide repeatedly.

property located bang opposite bus stand But while travellkng from nashik to this place it leads you from other side and through narrow Lanes which is very confusing..Reach to bus stand and you will find it sooner. nice clean hotel Small room but very nice. View outside not great

Good hotel with decent facilities and comfort. Room was clean and centrally air conditioned. Restaurant was not functional, but the one nearby recommended by hotel staff was very good.

Cooperative staff and good facilities

Please arrange tea/coffee settings in the room and provision of foods. Canteen is essential and tea, breakfast help the customers because they mostly come there for official or business purposes.

Harsh residency was a very good delightful experience as i never expected in a tier 2 /3 city. Very good service and cooperative staff not having in-house restaurant

The stay was good as room was neat and clean. The bed was mentioned king size but it wasn't like that. Another drawback was that their kitchen was not in operation yet so getting basic tea/coffee/breakfast was an issue. Though there were arranging it from outside but was taking lot time.

This is new property. Staff behaviour was very nice. When we reached hotel, their staff carried our bags to room. Breakfast was also delicious. Bathroom was very clean. But they didnt clean room properly. We saw used brush under bed and empty bottles near window. We asked them to clean room and they cleaned room quickly. Overall very good stay

This was a disaster of a stay. Firstly there is no difference between the executive & ordinary room, non at all but they charge more just calling it executive. No water not 1 bottle without charge. Stay away. Forgot to take pictures was completely depressed.

Overall the experience was good. Neat and clean room. Service given by the staff was good. Ac cooling was not up to the mark and there was no complimentary water available in the room.
