Dirty bedsheet, Pillow Cover & Pillow provided. The staff is careless. Hotel environment was a bit clumsy.

The hotel is in the middle of the city. And the hotel is far away and provides good service. The cleanliness is also good.

Room we’re not upto the expectations. There were dirty towel and bed sheets. Delux room was smaller than expected. I felt price was over hyped as per the facility.

The property's Location is best and 2nd things is hotel and room is cleaned. Room Service and food quality is also good. If in the room tea table size will bigger than I will give rating 5. Hotel booking from Makemy trip procedure is very easy. I am happy with makemyt trip😊

Good stay but room is small and disturbed.

Good room and clean washroom. Food taste was not that good. But all over it’s good. Just 10min far from railway station.

We checked in late at night and stayed for a brief 5-6 hours as a night halt. The rooms were clean, and the washroom was in an acceptable condition. There was also enough drinking water provided. However, the ac was quite noisy, which disturbed the sleep a bit. While the bed was generally comfortable, the quantity of bed sheets, blankets, and pillows felt a bit lacking. Overall, it was a good experience.

Room size are very small, buffet was not up to the mark, services are good staffs are supportive, overall averege satisfaction.

Parking problem room is not good after checking sifted in three rooms the first room was very small just like kennel, when sifted in the second room after some time ac was not working. Overall on line booking customer's no velu.

Good hotel among other hotel of purnea, saffs are cooperative and having good behaviour. Condition of room and bathroom is well ac is working properly. But not care of proper maintenance of hygiene like bedsheet was not change untill ask for that, food item is costly according to quality.
