Hotel Goutham Bapatla

It's a small town, so the options were limited at the last minute. We visited the location to address a grievance to one of our family members. The hotel staff could have been more understanding and customer oriented, and the rooms could have been maintained more cleanly.

The room is excellent and well maintained, daily wise cleaning. reception staff and maintenance staff are very polite and helpful. I stayed here one day on 3rd July. I lost my smart watch in the room. Reception was not much cooperative. They did not return my watch. I had very bad experience here. Since this is only hotel in the area they are dominating and playing like goon.

overall rooms are good and clean. Next to New Bus Stand. Restaurant food is excellent but opens 8am in the morning.

Excellent experience 👍🏻. Very good location within the town yet very quiet. Food is par excellence. The chef Tarachand definitely deserves five star rating for such delicious food and service 👌👏🏼

Room is good with all available things but when opened the door for the first time we experienced a different smell which is bad. Then their are lot of mosquitoes

Hotel goutham a good property at bapatla. Local staff hired at hotel need to be groomed including kitchen chefs for food preparation and services by staff needs to be improved for morning and afternoon hours. Coordination between reception and kitchen is not existing for guests requirements. Recommended for one night stay, longer stay with family not recommended.

Such a dirty and shabby hotel, is hardly to find. I dont think they do any cleaning so forget about sanitization in corona times. Fully avoidable hotel. Beds were dirty

Poorly maintained, no covid19 protocols maintained. Room, toilets filthy dirty and not cleaned for long. Need deep cleaning and maintenance

Ac is not working properly and bedsheets and pillows covers not cleaned.

They are providing bad blankets, unwashed and old one, created skin irritations.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was OK but AC, phone and TV were NOT working. Restaurant food is not worth to eat. Stay away.
