Hotel Golden Palm

My experience at this hotel was terrible. The staff were arrogant and unhelpful right from check-in. The rooms were small, suffocating, and had an unpleasant smell. The washrooms were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before arrival. The air conditioners didn’t work, and despite multiple complaints, there was no support or service provided. Definitely not worth the money — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. AFTER 100 requests NO ONE BOTHERED TO CHANGE MY ROOM

I had booked hotel golden palm gurdaspur located at Gurdaspur, Punjab under booking ID NH******9482 for my stay from 07-10-2025 to 08-10-2025. At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that the hotel provides lift/elevator facility. However, upon arrival, I found that the lift was not working / not available at all, causing great inconvenience, especially since my room was located on a higher floor. This was extremely disappointing and not as per the facilities promised on your platform. Despite informing the hotel staff, no proper assistance or alternative arrangement was provided. I therefore request you to kindly take necessary action against the concerned hotel for misleading information and poor service. I also request a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay. Please look into this matter urgently and update me with a resolution at the earliest. Thanking you,

Good , neat and clean , professional service, adequate facilities in the room at a reasonable price. Food quality is good , room service is good , breakfast paratha was awesome... Good place to stay 😃

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel! The geyser in the room gave me an electric shock, which was not only frightening but also a serious safety concern. The expenses were not worth it, considering the subpar amenities and lack of safety measures. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The location of the hotel was convenient and the neighborhood is also nice. Food and other amenities were also very good. The only problem I found was that my room did not have any wifi connection. However my colleagues could access wifi from their rooms which were located in the other tower. Everything else was good and enjoyed the stay.

Staff are not good behaviour and break fast according to price not good room service is not good please focus on your customers

Location is easily accessible. Food is good in taste and services offered are best, the hotel has all the amenities.

Room was ok, but bedsheets n pillowcovers and top blanket are not clean. Seems dull or used before. Not washed. No bathroom slippers was provided. Over all so so experience

Property was well maintained and staff was very friendly. It was neat and tidy, this being a small town hotel was nice

Washroom water supply very bad, order 2 water bottle but not free, morning no service limited food overall experience is veer bad

They are not treating customers those who booked their stay. The person in reception was rude and money minded. Actual breakfast timing would start at 7:30 am, but they refused the breakfast and after continuous request they offered it in room by 8:10 am. Overall the stay was horrible not encouraging others to go there

Have great experience. Heat-in rooms in winters. Cleaningness. Comfortable beds. Clean washrooms. Have shower, dental and shaving kits in washrooms

Bad smell is coming from the room. Complimentary breakfast and water also not given by hotel. Room service has given the room spray but due to heavy bad smell, it was bad experience

Stinky room lot of smell of moisture. Not clean as per standards. Not expecting this kind of room standard at this price. I think things must be better
