Accomodative stay for overnight travellers. Rooms were decent but the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Towel provided was stinking. But the staff were very courteous. Overall it was good for the people of adjusting and non-complaining nature.

Good small property but nearby a marriage palace

Room was good, spacious and clean; the bathroom was okay. A little upgrading of the walls and toilet seat in the bathtoom will make it better. The linen was clean but is getting yellow; those need to be treated with whitener at-least once a week. They have hot water continuously in the bathroom. The staff is very courteous, especially mr. Rohit sonwani. He is informative and always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. The property is very small. Just five rooms, and so it is good for putting up for a day or two only. Definitely not for family stay. They don't have a restaurant there. It is little away from the main market area of mandla, but still one can get auto rickshaw easily for the main market for food and other things. The biggest negative point is the marriage palace just behind this property. While i was there, the weeding parties kept blaring loud music very late till night. If there is a marriage taking place there, you can definitely not sleep properly. Overall, a value for money for a short stay.

It was a good stay at geeta residency. We checked in very late at night. They wait for us and received with warm smile. We liked the service of caretaker. He helped us for exit route also. Overall good experience and value for money. Only one suggestion if there will be any restaurant facility then it will another plus point for the hotel.
