Food was quite good. The location is excellent. Facilities provided are good but room 310A door hook was not working. In the wardrobe one of the hinges was broken. The intercom phone was not working. All of them should be attended.

Poor Stay
First of all i would like to talk about your hotel location It's very beautiful and easy to find...but i have to say your hotel interior is very good but some point i would like to mention 1.your electricity facility you have to improve 2.your deluxe room should be bigger than now 3.In breakfast time there were not sufficient food to have. Otherwise its a pleasant stay...hope to visit again...

My stay at hotel gouranga valley in kokrajhar, assam

businessThe hotel infra-structure is ok. But reception staff i found is too slow and inane. Morning breakfast only starts from 8 am whereas in other hotels, it at-least starts from 7 am. When i checked in, the reception staff gave me the room key and asked me to take lift to my allotted room in block-b. When i entered the room, i found that room is occupied, and two twin beds were used. I came back to reception to report the same. Then another person at reception took me to other block-a of the hotel to show me the allotted room. The first person in the reception was totally clueless which one is block-a and which one is block-b! next morning, i checked out around 8 am and had to wait in the reception for more than 10 minutes for the check out process. As my room rent was pre-paid, i needed to pay for my dinner in previous evening. But the reception could not locate my dinner bill! i had to go to restaurant and from there i had literally picked up my dinner pay to reception for payment. Totally unprofessional approach of reception staff of the hotel.
