it was pathetic. Dirty small room. stinky washroom. no staff to carry ur luggage n we have to carry luggage by ourselves n that also 20 stairs.no lift.no room service

Room was very small. It was not clean. Tv was not working. There was only one charging point and we were two people. Staff were okay. Food was good. It was not value for money. I will not visit again in future.

Went there with family. Location was good. Drinks were allowed at the restaurants which was not good. Food was good but costly. Staff were okay. Service was delayed every time. Hotel was neat and clean. Not Worth.

Business stay for one day, no service facilities, no calling facilities, I had to go work at 9:30 but no one was there to help me, I had to call the person who helped me locating the Hotel no geyser. Food was not of good quality.
