While check in and check out, the hotel reception people are saying they have received any details about the booking. So i have to wait some time there for clearing their doubts.

Most pathetic hotel i have ever stayed in. The reception check in took so long. They had no intimation of bookings. Checked in at 5pm n rooms was in terrible condition. Linen smelly. Curtains all fallen. Food trays all in alley. Was one of the worst stays in my lifetime. I should actually get a refund. Please send us the bills

Hotel on the express highway a bit far from City. One should have own vehicle as no mode of public transport can be avail. Room size is decent. Food quality and quantity is good.

The short stay was very comfortable and safe. The Hotel staff was professional and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms, and the area Around definitely needs a special mention. The service staff was also very courteous.
